- GIS mapping and figure development using ArcGIS Pro
- Engineering calculations and technical analysis using MATHCAD, MATLAB, and/or Python
- Hydrodynamic and wave modeling, including model setup, calibration, analysis, and interpretation
- Support for coastal and estuarine hydraulic and sediment transport evaluations
- Preparation of technical memoranda, design documentation, and client presentations
🎓 Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in coastal engineering or civil engineering with coastal emphasis
(Strong undergraduate coastal engineering candidates will be considered)

- Level 2: Approximately 2–5 years of consulting experience preferred
- EIT certification preferred
- Washington State PE license (or ability to obtain) preferred
⭐ Preferred Experience
- Coastal and estuarine hydraulics (tidal systems, river hydraulics, waves)
- Sediment transport and shoreline processes
- Experience with hydrodynamic and/or spectral wave models
- Mixed gravel–sand shoreline systems (Puget Sound experience a plus)
- Construction oversight for in-water projects
